You can return any item from our standard range* within 28 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, we will cover the cost for exchanges or refunds. Please note that processing returns may take up to 15 working days.

Returns are not accepted for the following items unless incorrectly supplied or deemed faulty:

• Items that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
• Items customized or assembled based on your specific requirements.
• Items specially sourced to meet your requirements that are not part of our standard range*.
• Items ordered for the College's we only offer exchanges for like for like items.

The items must returned directly to us. Before issuing a replacement, JUSTSO reserves the right to repair or recover any garments.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of manufacturing or production errors, JUSTSO may correct these issues before offering a refund, at our sole discretion.

*Our standard range includes any item available on our website, excluding special colors or sizes.
